Wetland Biodiversity Project Animation
Participatory planning of a societys' future
The weight of climate change, biodiversity loss, and societal divides can feel immense today. But what if we imagined a better future? A future that works for both people and nature?
This was the aim of the campaign “What if?”, a Vinnova funded project led by Kristianstad Vattenrike. As the animator, my goal was to bring this hopeful vision to life. They gathered interested individuals, experts, and researchers to collectively look ahead within the Kristianstads Vattenrike Biosphere Reserve and imagine their life in year 2040 together.
Together with the project “Making Peace with Nature through Foresight in the Kristianstads Vattenrike Biosphere Reserve” and my colleagues, we created this animation where I did work on the manuscript, all of the storyboard, illustration and direction.
