Tourism in Skåne and Visit Skåne wanted to shine a light on its undiscovered culinary treasures. Gastrolution, an annual conference and project, brings together stakeholders, producers, restaurant owners, and food enthusiasts passionate about Skåne’s gastronomic identity.
