The leaders future vision for 2045
800 managers, 126 tables, 30 minutes.
I had the honor of visually capturing the Swedish government’s insurance organisation Försäkringskassan’s vision for the future when their leaders gathered at Stockholmsmässan. They had 30 minutes to talk around 126 tables, supported by questions divided into 4 themes.
When project leader Johanna Ek Arvidsson first reached out, she asked, ‘Is it even possible to capture anything with that many people in such a short time?’
I have to admit, I, too, pretty often ask myself, ‘How is it even possible?’, because it is very intense. But I think it is so amazing that it actually IS possible to summarize the red threads and highlights from the so many conversations in almost no time, thanks to the visuals.
And above all, it is just incredibly fun to ‘speed-listen’ and help lift up all the awesome ideas and opinions.
The best proof that it was indeed possible came when Director General Nils Öberg looked at the Live Scribe and commented:
“AI has got nothing on this. 🙌”
