This painting is called “Ätbara Odjur” in Swedish, which directly translates to “Eatable Monsters”, but the word for monster is literally “non-animal”, which is an little wink to the vegetarian ocean of tasty and beautiful food we are surrounded by. Climate friendly, colorful, unique and full of nutritions and fiber. Best monsters ever.
