A workplace symposium

IKEA, Google, Lego, Volvo, Adidas, Tetra Pak, and Nordea all share a common goal: ensuring their employees and coworkers thrive in the best possible work environments. To achieve this, their workplace leaders established an annual symposium – a platform for networking, mutual learning, and support.

This year’s gathering was hosted by IKEA in Älmhult and IKEA Hubhult, Sweden. I visually facilitating the event and designing templates for every phase of their idea generation and workshops. This was done in partnership with renowned workplace expert and speaker, Kursty Groves. We helped them distill key insights and map out concrete solutions and next steps.
